Cancellation Policy
To amend or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 1 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of £25. In cases where the Energy Assessor must abandon an appointment due to conditions outlined in our Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to charge a pro-rata fee for any abortive work completed, including travel time and expenses.
